What happens if I lose my phone?
Download Elios on your new device and follow the account recovery process in the app. You may need to complete identity and security checks to restore access to your Elios account.
Restoring access to the app does not restore access to your wallet or funds.
Your wallet keys are stored on your device. To restore your wallet on a new device, you will need your 12-word recovery phrase, which you can export under Settings → Security. Store it somewhere safe and offline.
Elios cannot access your keys or recover your funds if you lose both your device and your recovery phrase.
Encrypted cloud backup is coming soon. Until then, keep your recovery phrase safe.
What happens if I lose access to the Elios app?
Follow the account recovery process in the app or contact Elios support if you are unable to proceed.
After completing the required identity and security checks, you may be able to restore access to your Elios account. This process restores access to the app only. It does not recover your wallet keys, recovery phrase or funds.
