How do I create an Elios account?
Sign in with Google or Apple. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in, no separate registration step needed.
During beta, sign-in is limited to these two methods. If a different sign-in option would work better for you, tell us. Your feedback shapes what we add.
On first launch, you'll approve a handful of one-time permissions with Face ID, one for each feature: card spending, refunds, settlement, and so on. They're enforced on chain, so each permission unlocks its matching feature and nothing more. You can review them anytime under Settings, Permissions.
Once your wallet is set up, you can deposit, send, and earn right away. Identity verification is only needed when you activate your Visa card.
Where is Elios currently unavailable?
Some countries and territories are currently unsupported due to regulatory and compliance requirements. For the most up to date list, please refer to our Prohibited Activities Policy.
Can Elios close or restrict my account?
Elios may need to restrict or close accounts in certain situations, for example to comply with legal obligations or our Terms of Use. Card services are also subject to the rules of our regulated issuing partner.
Because your wallet is self-custodial, closing or restricting your Elios account never means losing access to your money. Your stablecoins sit in a wallet controlled by your keys, and you can always withdraw them.
